Fulfillment Policy for Parrot Digital Marketing

Payment Terms

  1. Deposit and Final Payment:

    • A 50% deposit is required upfront to initiate any project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, defined as the official website launch.

    • Payment of the deposit signifies client agreement with the scope of work, timelines, and terms outlined in the project proposal.

  2. Non-Refundable Policy:

    • All payments made are non-refundable, including the initial deposit and any subsequent payments.

Project Completion and Handover

  • Definition of Completion:

    • A project is considered complete upon the website’s official launch or delivery of agreed-upon assets.

    • Any additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at an hourly or project rate.

Hosting and Maintenance

  1. Web Hosting and Maintenance Agreements:

    • Clients may cancel any hosting or maintenance agreement with 30 days' written notice.

    • Upon cancellation, Parrot Digital Marketing is not responsible for transferring hosting services or maintenance tasks unless explicitly agreed upon, which may incur additional fees.

  2. Maintenance Hours:

    • Maintenance hours are capped at the monthly labor limit as outlined in the agreement and do not roll over to subsequent months.

Marketing Engagements

  1. Billing Schedule:

    • Marketing services are billed on the 1st of each month for that month’s services.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Marketing agreements require 30 days' written notice for cancellation. Services already billed for the month will be completed, but no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Online Courses

  1. Purchasing Terms:

    • Online courses are one-time purchases and provide access to a single user for one course only.

    • Payments for online courses are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  2. Access and Use:

    • Course access is intended for the purchasing user only and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, content, and necessary approvals during the project lifecycle. Delays in these may affect project timelines and completion dates.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring any third-party account credentials, assets, or data provided to Parrot Digital Marketing comply with applicable terms and regulations.

Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership:

    • Upon final payment, clients own the final deliverables, including the website and related assets. However, Parrot Digital Marketing retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.

  2. Licenses:

    • Any third-party software, plugins, or services used in the project are subject to their respective licensing agreements. Clients are responsible for maintaining those licenses after project handover.

Limitations of Liability

  • Parrot Digital Marketing is not liable for:

    • Downtime, data loss, or other issues caused by third-party hosting providers, plugins, or services.

    • Client-provided content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Amendments

  • Parrot Digital Marketing reserves the right to update this policy. Clients will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.

By engaging Parrot Digital Marketing, clients agree to abide by this Fulfillment Policy.
